NISM wishes to recruit professionally competent staff for which it invites applications for the following positions:
- Manager-Electrical

- Qualification: Graduate/Equivalent in Electrical Engineering or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, from any recognized University.
- Manager-Civil

- Qualification: Graduate/Equivalent in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering, from any recognized University.
- Manager- Content

- Qualification: Post graduate degree or equivalent in any stream from any recognized university.
- Asst Manager- Certification Administration & Compliance

- Qualification: Graduate/Post - Graduate Degree in Finance, Management (preferably with Finance specialization), Economics or Commerce from any recognized university.
- Asst Manager-Certification (CPE)

- Qualification: Graduate in any stream, from any recognized University.
- Information Technology Officer (ICT Infrastructure Development)

- Qualification: Graduate in Computer Applications or Science Graduate (I.T./Computer Science) with First Class, from any recognized University.
- AGE LIMIT FOR ALL THE POSITIONS (Cadre wise)

- Manager: Preferably not more than 40 years
- Asst Manager Preferably not more than 35 years
